If you have time to see online stuff, why dont you subscribe to sadhguru exclusive on the Sadhguru app ? I personally found the source of information to be lot better than random youtube videos. Not that youtube videos are not good, but to find something good, you have to go through a lot of average stuff that wastes your time.
