Is the ashram support department during sadhanapada is really a department indeed ? Or its there because they dont need any support but the participants😅

Not sure what is the question. As for the title, well it is not a choice for sadhanapada folks to choose a dept. It is in general true that there are too many sadhanapada & finding seva for everyone is a big seva for cordinators themselves. Aashram support does look like something like tree care where sadhanapada folks are put if they cant find a support dept for the person
